Tomato Salsa


 

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 people











Ingredients:

3 medium tomatoes (chopped)

1 green onion (sliced)

1-2 garlic cloves (minced)

3 tablespoon green pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 1/2 fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper


Method:

  • Take a bowl combine tomato, onion, garlic. 
  • Add green pepper, lemon juice, and seasonings; mix well. 
  • Place the salsa in a bowl and serve with nachos.


Tip: 

You can store salsa for up to 3 days in a refrigerator.
