Ingredients:
1 kg medium potatoes
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
- Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
- Place the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a large bowl.
- Toss to coat the potatoes thoroughly with the oil.
- Now, take a pan grill or shallow fry the wedges until golden and tender.
- Enjoy it with tomato salsa.
