Potato Wedges









Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 people























 Ingredients:

1 kg medium potatoes

2 teaspoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves (crushed)

1 teaspoon salt


Method:

  • Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
  • Place the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Toss to coat the potatoes thoroughly with the oil.
  • Now, take a pan grill or shallow fry the wedges until golden and tender.
  • Enjoy it with tomato salsa.
