Cucumber Salad




 Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 people







Ingredients:

1 cup sliced cucumber

1/4 tomatoes roughly (chopped)

1/8 cup carrots (chopped)

2 tablespoon green olives

2 tablespoon coriander leaves

2 tablespoon lemon juice

onions for garnishing (sliced)

Cottage cheese for garnishing

Himalayan salt if required


Method:

  • Take a bowl, combine all ingredients; cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, olives, coriander leaves, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Now, mix it and garnish with cottage cheese.
  • Serve fresh.
