Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour
1 cup curd
2 tablespoon eno
Sugar as required
Salt as required
For Tempering:
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2-3 curry leaves (chopped)
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, curd, sugar and salt, mix it and let it sit for 20 mins.
- Take a steamer add water and heat on medium flame.
- Now, add eno into the mixture of dhokla and mix soflty.
- Steam the mixture for about 15 mins or till it is cooked.
- Cool it and make square pieces.
- Take a tempering container, add oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds and then temper it on the dhokla pieces.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
