Golgappe


 


Cooking Time: 30 mins
Serve: 4 peoples






Ingredients:

1 cup semolina

1/8 cup of all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Water as required

Oil for deep frying


Method:

  • Take a bowl, add semolina, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and mix it.
  • Add water gradually and make a dough, and rest for 20 mins.
  • Take a small portion of dough and roll a big roti, now cut down them with a small round cookie cutter.
  • Now, take a pan to add, oil, and fry the golgappes till light golden brown.
  • Serve with a filling of potato and tamarind or green chutney pani.
