Ingredients
250 gms Cottage cheese(Paneer)
1 cup Gram flour
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Oil for frying
Salt as required
Method
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and make a thick paste.
- Now, cut the paneer into small cubes,
- Take a pan, add oil and heat on medium flame, now put 2 tablespoons hot oil in the paste.
- Mix the paste and coat the paneer cubes in the paste.
- Fry till golden brown. and serve with tomato sauce.
