Paneer Fritters


 


Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 people











Ingredients

250 gms Cottage cheese(Paneer) 

1 cup Gram flour

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

Oil for frying 

Salt as required


Method

  • Take a bowl, add gram flour, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and make a thick paste.
  • Now, cut the paneer into small cubes,
  • Take a pan, add oil and heat on medium flame, now put 2 tablespoons hot oil in the paste.
  • Mix the paste and coat the paneer cubes in the paste.
  •  Fry till golden brown. and serve with tomato sauce.
