Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
650 gm pasta (boiled)500 gm chicken breast (cooked, chopped)
225 gm spinach leaves (washed)
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese(optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt as required
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil, heat on low flame, stir fry chopped chicken, spinach and tomatoes for 2 minutes or until the spinach has wilted.
- Add pasta, pepper powder, salt and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
