Cheese Sticks









Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 people












Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
Oil for frying

Method:


  • Take a bowl, combine flour, baking powder pepper powder, salt, grated cheese, and butter and mix well. 
  • Add water to make a stiff dough.
  • Take a portion of dough and roll it on a flat surface to make sticks.
  • Cut sticks into 4 to 5 inches.
  • Now, take a pan, heat the oil on high flame.
  • Fry the sticks until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato garlic sauce.
