Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
Coriander leaves to garnish
2 cups of water
Salt as required
Method:
- Take a bowl, add water, tomatoes and blanch them.
- Peel the skin of the tomatoes and make a puree in a mixer grinder.
- Take a pan, add tomato puree, bay leaf, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt and cook till when it starts bubbling.
- You can add water required as per the consistency.
- Remove the bay leaf and serve hot by garnishing pepper powder and coriander leaves.
