Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
1 french bread, cut into small rectangular slices (1 inch)1/2 cup butter (soften)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tablespoon garlic cloves (grated)
1/2 tablespoon oregano
Method:
- Take the bread and apply butter on both sides.
- Take a pan heat on low-medium flame and place the slices.
- Now, sprinkle one side with cheese, garlic powder or grated garlic, and oregano.
- Cover the pan with the lid and let it toast till it becomes golden brown.
- Serve hot with mayonnaise or any cheese dip.
