Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
500 gm meat1 cup of water
3 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2-3 bay leaves
1 cup curd
2 teaspoon oil
pinch of hing
salt to taste
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil, heat on medium flame.
- Add hing and meat pieces, saute for 8 minutes.
- Add curd and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Add salt, fennel seeds, ginger powder, cumin seeds, and bay leaves and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Now, add water and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame or until the meat cooks and become tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with roti and rice.
