Eggless Chocolate Muffins







Cooking time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4 people








Ingredients:


3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon lemon juice/ teaspoon vinegar

Method:


  • Take a bowl, sieve flour, add cocoa powder, and baking soda together, then mix salt and powdered sugar. 
  • Take another bowl, mix oil, cold water, and vanilla.
  • Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients well.
  • Preheat the oven to 190℃. Before you are just going to bake, mix the lemon juice and mix well.
  • Spoon the batter to the muffin liners in the baking tray. Fill the only 3/4th.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool it after it is cooked and have with tea.
