Jeera Aloo

Ingredients:

200 gm Potato (boiled)

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon red chili powder

1 tablespoon chaat masala

1/2 tablespoon dry kasoori methi

2 tablespoon oil

Pepper as required

Coriander leaves for garnishing (chopped)

Salt as required


Method:

  • Take a pan to add, oil, cumin seed, and potatoes.
  • Now, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, dry kasoori methi, pepper, and salt, mix well
  • Add 1 tablespoon water and stir well
  • Serve hot with roti/paratha.
